As such this policy will include the following:

• To provide a working environment free of hazards.

• Comply with all laws

• Hold each employee accountable for their actions and to be responsible for the safety of all co-workers.

• Train all employees in safe and proper job procedures and to remain compliant with established procedures, policies, and practices.

• Provide all new employees with comprehensive and extended training.

• Hire people that have completed an extensive background check.

• Promote worker health and safety both on and off the job.

• Maintain leadership in safety and accident prevention by continuously improving safety performance and procedures.

All employees are required to contribute to the environmental, health, and safety program by following all policies and procedures. Employees are required to inform management and fellow employees, recommend actions to improve, and follow the recommended guidelines for safety.

Supervisors will require all employees to follow the guidelines, if there are any safety concerns stop work immediately, and support any new recommendations made.
